OptiMD - Identification of functional MRI markers of antidepressant treatment response
The study OptiMD-SP5 aims to identify functional magnet resonance imaging (MRI) markers of antidepressant treatment response. Functional MRI markers are evaluated which are associated with individual response to antidepressive treatment with (common) mono-therapies, as usually administered in the clinical setting. Patients are assessed with MRI at the beginning of the study, and the treatment response is evaluated with psychometrical scores during six weeks.
