Update on Project 6 "Function of the adhesion GPCR CIRL in pain perception and pain relief" and Project 1 "Bortezomib-induced polyneuropathy" of the Clinical Research Unit 5001.

Project leaders Univ.-Prof. Dr. Robert Kittel, Institute of Biology at the University of Leipzig, and Univ.-Prof. Heike Rittner, MD, Head of the Pain Centre at the University Hospital of Würzburg, will speak on the topic "Function of the adhesion GPCR CIRL in pain perception and pain relief" from Project 6 of the Clinical Research Unit 5001. The postdoc Dr. Mareike Selcho, and the doctoral students Mariam Atalla and Aishwarya Aravamudhan will also present their results on the same topic.

Speakers on the topic of "Bortezomib-induced polyneuropathy" are the project leaders Univ.-Prof. Martin Kortüm, holder of the Chair for Translational Myeloma Research, and Univ.-Prof. Claudia Sommer, Senior Consultant at the Department of Neurology of the University Hospital of Würzburg. The doctoral student Nadine Cebulla will present her results on the same topic.
