This platform provides state-of-the-art procedures for murine models of cardiac damage and complex in vivo analyses of cardiac morphology and function by echocardiography, invasive hemodynamics, electrophysiology, and magnetic resonance tomography. 

Services are established centrally by specialized, well- trained staff in the Comprehensive Heart Failure Center (CHFC). These efforts harmonize experimental conditions through standard operation procedures, thereby supporting effective sharing of samples and results between projects.
