Vor dem Hintergrund der hohen Komorbidität von Psoriasis und Hidradenitis suppurativa interessieren wir uns insbesondere für zytokingetriebene proinflammatorische Prozesse, die kutane und systemische Entzündung miteinander verbinden. In unseren Projekten kombinieren wir hochauflösende Analysen, um präklinische Krankheitsmodelle sowie prospektiv rekrutierte Patientenkohorten mit translationalem Anspruch zu charakterisieren.
